Business development & process improvement

I build tools for
the work that
slows teams down.

I’m Alp. My background is in project and operations management. I now bring that experience to business development, building practical tools and exploring where AI can make everyday work easier.

Explore the projects.
See how they work.

I built these prototypes around different business problems. Choose a project to see what it is designed to do, then try it with sample data.

These are independent prototypes, not commissioned client implementations. People, companies and figures in the demos are illustrative.

It is not always obvious
why a task is waiting.

Open the task below. See what changes when there is an owner and a clear next step.

Waiting, but it is not clear who for

An example only. No real task is created.

Your problem
might be different.

You do not have to choose one of these examples. Tell me what is slowing the work down and what your team needs. We can adapt an existing prototype or develop something different around the problem.

It can work alongside existing systems.

Connections to ERP, CRM, email, calendars or files can be developed. The right approach depends on access, data security and the company’s technical requirements. Where needed, the system can be planned for the company’s own infrastructure.

What gets in your team’s way?

Let’s look at where the work is waiting.

I would start with responsibilities, handovers and waiting points. We can then design a follow-up process that works with the tools the team already uses.

The public demos are not connected to live company systems. Integrations and automated notifications are separate parts of a real implementation.

Understand the work.
Then build around it.

01We define the problem together.

How does the work move today, where does it wait, and who is affected? We start with an example from the team’s day.

02I build a focused first version.

Rather than change everything at once, I build something the team can try around the most important problem.

03We try it and review what happens.

The people doing the work give feedback. We look at what helps, what gets in the way and what should change.

04We develop what proves useful.

Integrations, permissions and automation follow the need. The pilot helps decide what is worth taking further.

The experience
behind the work.

I’ve worked in agricultural drone development, field operations and material management in server manufacturing. My roles involved building teams, solving supplier issues, following project plans and working with customers. Those experiences shape the tools I build today.

Some things I build
out of curiosity.

Mobile app

A communication app for couples

I’m working on a mobile app that supports communication and encourages couples to spend more time together.

In development
Video automation

Tools for preparing a video

I’m building tools to find visuals that fit a script and help place them on an editing timeline. It started with a practical need in my own content-creation process.

Personal project

What would you like
to work on?

Write to me about a collaboration, a project or a work opportunity. You do not need a finished brief. A few lines about what you need are enough.

Site & privacy information

This is a personal portfolio for independently developed projects and my own writing. The prototypes are not presented as commissioned client work or applications already deployed inside a company.

Demo data is illustrative. Do not enter real customer, employee or company information into public demos. The short demos keep changes only while the page is open; reloading starts the example again.
