Project delivery workspace
See how a supplier delay affects the project, the budget and the date promised to the customer.
These are independent prototypes, not commissioned client implementations. People, companies and figures in the demos are illustrative.

What problem does it address?
The supplier gives one date, the project plan shows another, and the impact of the delay only becomes clear when the team is already under pressure.
What did I build?
I brought supplier updates, milestones, budget and open decisions into the same workspace. A change can be followed through to the work it affects and the person who needs to make a decision.
What is in the prototype?
- Track suppliers and purchase orders
- Review delivery dates and milestones
- Record budget, risks and decisions
- Prepare customer updates and project summaries
What would we measure in a pilot?
A pilot could track how early delays are identified, how long decisions wait and how much time project updates take.
Adapting it to your company’s systems
It can be developed around data from ERP, purchasing and project-planning systems. The company would help define which source to trust, who updates it and how changes are approved.
- Project milestones
- Supplier review criteria
- Budget and risk rules
- Customer reports
The public demos are not connected to live company systems. Integrations and automated notifications are separate parts of a real implementation.
