Customer programs & opportunities
Keep customer commitments, improvement work and new business opportunities in the same view.
These are independent prototypes, not commissioned client implementations. People, companies and figures in the demos are illustrative.

What problem does it address?
Sales is following new opportunities while operations is dealing with delivery issues. The two do not always come together when it is time to review the customer relationship.
What did I build?
I developed a workspace that connects service targets, open actions and commercial opportunities by customer. It helps prepare for a review with both current delivery and the next opportunity in mind.
What is in the prototype?
- Compare customer programs and service targets
- Create and follow up improvement actions
- Keep decision and opportunity records
- Prepare an editable customer-review summary
What would we measure in a pilot?
Useful pilot measures include review preparation time, overdue improvement actions and opportunities with an agreed next step.
Adapting it to your company’s systems
It can be developed to exchange data with CRM and ERP systems. Service targets, proposal stages and reports can be defined differently for each customer or business unit.
- Customer and service targets
- Proposal and opportunity stages
- Ownership and decision rights
- Review and reporting formats
The public demos are not connected to live company systems. Integrations and automated notifications are separate parts of a real implementation.
